At Roseisle our hire fleet are the latest, premium campervans and motorhomes manufactured in Germany by the Erwin Hymer Group.

Our Sales and Rental Team collaborate to configure each van curating it individually to the highest specification. Our priority is to ensure that we provide our guests with a luxurious, comfortable vehicle with the latest innovative features for an enjoyable holiday experience.

As standard all of our fleet have automatic transmission, satellite navigation system, reversing camera, Digital or Satellite TV and DVD players and multi-functional media units with bluetooth and hands free connectivity.

When you book with us you will benefit from our teams campervan holiday expertise.  

A few weeks before your hire we will email you our Roseisle Essential Guide packed full of helpful tips to get you in the mood for your holiday. The guide includes advice on what to pack, how to use your campervan, travelling through Scotland, what to see and do, where to pick up essentials, and location of campsites.  

There are useful pages with website links to give you inspiration for your route. We also include our Scottish road trip playlist, a selection of songs created by the Roseisle Team to enhance your driving experience.

Operational Videos

A few weeks before your holiday we will send you an operational video of the vehicle you have hired so that you can become familiar with the campervan before arriving on your collection day. You can then save this video to a device of your choice and use it as support during your holiday.


Within a few weeks of your collection date a member of our reservations team will contact you by email to confirm the collection time of your vehicle and any transfer arrangements that you may have made. When you arrive at Roseisle you will then be welcomed by your allocated Rental Assistant who will assist you with any questions that you may have. They will then carry out a pre-hire damage video of the campervan and demonstrate the campervans features.


During your hire we will continue to support you over the telephone if needed with technical advice from a Roseisle qualified technician. Guests can access this during the day by calling our Service department or from 5pm-8pm on the out of hours technical advice helpline. In the event of an accident or vehicle breakdown our guests are covered by Fiat Assistance which is a 24/7 breakdown recovery service. 


At Roseisle we are pleased to be supported by professional organisations that are knowledgeable in their fields. As a result of this our guests can enjoy a seamless non-frictional experience from quotation, booking, payment, collection and return of the campervan. 

We have partnered with an exciting Scottish marketing company called Outlaw Social who we feel think outside the box. We have enjoyed learning from them about the latest innovative ways to get our message across to people that are interested in what we do. 

We are pleased to work with Amiqus a company based in Edinburgh who are outstanding their field of Data Management. When GDPR rules and regulations changed we adjusted our procedures to manage our guests’ data as safely and securely as possible.  Our guests enjoy a paperless transaction in advance of the collection day and can process all insurance paperwork remotely including the hire agreement before they arrive by email.

When you book with Roseisle you can have peace of mind that your payment details are secure within the Windcave Secure Payments system. Guests have a choice to pay with our convenient automated payments portal on our website or pay direct by secure link to our Accounts department.

When collecting a vehicle our guests carry out a pre-hire walk round of the campervan along with a Rental Assistant who will log in detail any damage to the vehicle on the Record 360 video programme. This video records high quality footage and has the capacity to store photographs and descriptions of damage in detail making sure the handover and return of the vehicle is simple and transparent.
